Program Introduction
The Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) has introduced the Kerjaya Madani Incentive program through PERKESO as part of its efforts to empower our Malaysian workforce. This initiative, which is based on our 2023 Budget, seeks to boost job opportunities for diverse target demographics and is aimed to contribute to a more robust and inclusive economy.
Who is this program intended for?
- SPM / STPM leavers
- TVET Graduates
- Self-Employed
- GIG workers
Eligibility
- Malaysians
- Aged between 16 – 40 years old
- Unemployed for more than 2 months
Choice of Courses
CompTIA Network+ is the industry standard for establishing a career in IT and is the preferred qualifying credential for Technical Support and IT operational roles.
CompTIA Security+ is a global certification that validates the baseline skills necessary to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career.
CompTIA Data+ is an early-career data analytics certification for professionals tasked with developing and promoting data-driven business decision-making.
CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ is for both IT and non-technical professionals who require the essential business acumen needed to make informed cloud service decisions.

FAQ
Can I attend more than one course?
You are allowed to select and enroll in only ONE course with us.
Do I have to pay to attend this course?
No, there is no cost associated with this course because it is entirely financed by our government through the Kerjaya Madani incentive.
Do I have to sit for the exam after completing the course?
Yes, you will need to take the certification examination at our centre once the training is finished. However, we will grant you a period of one to two weeks to get ready for the exam.
Do I have to pay separately for the certification exam?
No, there is no additional charge for the certification exam since it is already covered as part of the course fee, which is funded by our government through the Kerjaya Madani incentive.
What do I do once I have completed the course and the exam?
